You see a certification programme with its applications, each learner's milestones and a register of certified practitioners. Retreats, workbooks and coaching enquiries hang from it. It carries living-systems principles into leadership practice, and into the records a business keeps to show it is doing what it says. Under licence it carries your name, your domain and your colours, and keeps its records in a database of its own. It is being finished now, and can be shaped with you before it opens.

Charter Desk is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.
