One overview of a team: its people, the culture they share, the conflicts still open, the objectives in progress and the interventions underway. Team Climate keeps that picture so the next conversation starts from what is true, and offers a partner to think through what to do next. As a white label it carries your firm's name, domain and colours, with its own database. It is being prepared for its first teams and can be shaped with you.

It is a companion, not a clinical system. Nothing in it is medical advice, and no health-data certification is claimed for it.

Team Climate is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.
