The Cartographer

A map of how an organisation really decides, drawn for your clients.

What is seen

A map of a company's unwritten rules: how decisions travel, what is rewarded, where the energy goes.

What it does for your people

Every organisation runs on rules nobody wrote down. The screen draws them: how decisions travel, what is rewarded, where attention goes, read from teams, profiles and exercises the people themselves complete. A map of that is the first thing any change needs, and here it stays in view while the work goes on. Under licence it carries your name, your domain and your colours, and keeps its records in a database of its own. It is being finished now, and can be shaped with you before it opens.

What white label means here

The Cartographer is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.

  • Your nameThe app is introduced as yours, on every screen they open.
  • Your domainIt answers at an address you hold, so the link you give is the link they keep.
  • Your recordsWhat your people write in it is kept in a database of its own, as yours, not pooled with anyone else's.

It is being finished. It can be finished with you, so that the version you carry is shaped by the people it is for.

What it includes

  • Team and personal profiles
  • Personalised exercises
  • Challenges and badges
  • Discussion threads
  • Readings of the whole team

Who it is for

Organisational consultants, culture leads and leadership coaches.

Read beside the field it serves, the consultancy, the OD firm, the B Corp: The instrument from the workshop, kept in the client's hands under your firm's name.

What stands behind it

It was made beside the house's work with organisations, which reads a company as a living system and looks for where its work is held up.

The books it was made beside are kept in The Library, to be read before any conversation, so the voice the app speaks in is known first.

How a yes goes

  1. Read from The Library, so the voice behind The Cartographer is known before anything is asked.
  2. See The Cartographer beside the apps chosen with it for your field, below.
  3. Request a conversation. A few lines are enough: your name, your practice, and which app.
  4. The fitting: The Cartographer shown wearing your name and your colours.
  5. The terms, in sentences: what you keep, what it costs, and how you would leave.
  6. Live on your domain, with your people's records in a database of its own.

The terms are set in conversation with Ammanuel and written in sentences, never on this page.

Chosen with it

Made to be kept, under the name it is kept by.

A licence begins with one conversation: which app, under what name, for whom, and what it should do that it does not do yet.
