The screen follows the climate of a workplace over time: where the work flows, where it catches, and what a facilitator might do next. Luminous Field OS pairs that reading with cohorts, modules and a facilitator's guidance, and draws on the house's books on governance, inquiry and facilitation. As a white label it carries your firm's name, domain and colours, with its own database. It is not open yet; it is being finished and can be shaped with your practice.

Luminous Field OS is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.
