What is seen

An editor for a practice's own app, a page half written, with consultation slots and new bookings listed beside it.

What it does for your people

The screen is an editor: you write and arrange the pages your clients see, set out consultation slots, and watch bookings arrive, with milestones for the app itself. It was made so a small practice can have its own app on Apple devices and keep it current without a developer. Here white label is the whole idea: the app carries your name, your domain and your colours, with its own database. It is not ready for a visitor yet. It is being finished, and can be finished with you.

It is a companion, not a clinical system. Nothing in it is medical advice, and no health-data certification is claimed for it.

What white label means here

Cultivar is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.

  • Your nameThe app is introduced as yours, on every screen they open.
  • Your domainIt answers at an address you hold, so the link you give is the link they keep.
  • Your recordsWhat your people write in it is kept in a database of its own, as yours, not pooled with anyone else's.

It is being finished. It can be finished with you, so that the version you carry is shaped by the people it is for.

What it includes

  • Page editor and site settings
  • Consultation slots and bookings
  • Project milestones and documents
  • Journal posts

Who it is for

Therapists, wellness practices and independent professionals.

Read beside the field it serves, the therapists' practice: Something good to hand a client between sessions, in your practice's name, that stays on the right side of the clinical line.

What stands behind it

It was made in the house's own studio, as one of the instruments the house uses on its own work.

The books it was made beside are kept in The Library, to be read before any conversation, so the voice the app speaks in is known first.

How a yes goes

  1. Read from The Library, so the voice behind Cultivar is known before anything is asked.
  2. See Cultivar beside the apps chosen with it for your field, below.
  3. Request a conversation. A few lines are enough: your name, your practice, and which app.
  4. The fitting: Cultivar shown wearing your name and your colours.
  5. The terms, in sentences: what you keep, what it costs, and how you would leave.
  6. Live on your domain, with your people's records in a database of its own.

The terms are set in conversation with Ammanuel and written in sentences, never on this page.

Chosen with it

Made to be kept, under the name it is kept by.

A licence begins with one conversation: which app, under what name, for whom, and what it should do that it does not do yet.
