What is seen

A short entry for each episode, and over weeks a view of the pattern and what set it off.

What it does for your people

The screen asks for a short entry when an episode happens and a reflection on what set it off; over weeks, the entries show a pattern. Rejection sensitivity feels sudden, but written down it starts to show a shape. It is a companion, not treatment, and draws on The Willow and The Keel. Under licence it carries your name, your domain and your colours, and keeps its records in a database of its own. It is being finished now, and can be shaped with you before it opens.

It is a companion, not a clinical system. Nothing in it is medical advice, and no health-data certification is claimed for it.

What white label means here

The Willow Journal is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.

  • Your nameThe app is introduced as yours, on every screen they open.
  • Your domainIt answers at an address you hold, so the link you give is the link they keep.
  • Your recordsWhat your people write in it is kept in a database of its own, as yours, not pooled with anyone else's.

It is being finished. It can be finished with you, so that the version you carry is shaped by the people it is for.

What it includes

  • Episode entries
  • Trigger reflections
  • A view of the pattern

Who it is for

Therapists, ADHD coaches and support programmes.

Read beside the field it serves, the therapists' practice: Something good to hand a client between sessions, in your practice's name, that stays on the right side of the clinical line.

What stands behind it

It was made beside the house's coaching practice, where the work is slow, one person at a time, and the record belongs to the person it describes.

The books it was made beside are kept in The Library, to be read before any conversation, so the voice the app speaks in is known first.

How a yes goes

  1. Read from The Library, so the voice behind The Willow Journal is known before anything is asked.
  2. See The Willow Journal beside the apps chosen with it for your field, below.
  3. Request a conversation. A few lines are enough: your name, your practice, and which app.
  4. The fitting: The Willow Journal shown wearing your name and your colours.
  5. The terms, in sentences: what you keep, what it costs, and how you would leave.
  6. Live on your domain, with your people's records in a database of its own.

The terms are set in conversation with Ammanuel and written in sentences, never on this page.

Chosen with it

Made to be kept, under the name it is kept by.

A licence begins with one conversation: which app, under what name, for whom, and what it should do that it does not do yet.
