Task list from any textBeing finished

Sorted

Paste anything and get the list back, sorted by what matters, under your name.

Ask to carry your name

A long pasted message on the left and, on the right, the tasks pulled out of it, sorted by what matters, a short morning note above.

What is seen

A long pasted message on the left and, on the right, the tasks pulled out of it, sorted by what matters, a short morning note above.

What it does for your people

Paste a note, an email or a long message on the left. On the right, the tasks inside it appear, tagged, grouped by project and sorted by what matters to you, with a short morning note of what is next. Over time it learns those priorities. The work you owe is usually buried somewhere; this hands back the list. Under licence it carries your name, domain and colours, with its own database. It is being connected and is not open yet.

What white label means here

Sorted is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.

  • Your nameThe app is introduced as yours, on every screen they open.
  • Your domainIt answers at an address you hold, so the link you give is the link they keep.
  • Your recordsWhat your people write in it is kept in a database of its own, as yours, not pooled with anyone else's.

It is being finished. It can be finished with you, so that the version you carry is shaped by the people it is for.

What it includes

  • Tasks drawn from pasted text
  • Projects and tags
  • Learned priorities
  • A morning note

Who it is for

Productivity coaches, assistant services and small teams.

Read beside the field it serves, the coach with a method: Your method, in a room that carries your name, with your clients' records kept as yours.

What stands behind it

It was made in the house's own studio, as one of the instruments the house uses on its own work.

The books it was made beside are kept in The Library, to be read before any conversation, so the voice the app speaks in is known first.

How a yes goes

  1. Read from The Library, so the voice behind Sorted is known before anything is asked.
  2. See Sorted beside the apps chosen with it for your field, below.
  3. Request a conversation. A few lines are enough: your name, your practice, and which app.
  4. The fitting: Sorted shown wearing your name and your colours.
  5. The terms, in sentences: what you keep, what it costs, and how you would leave.
  6. Live on your domain, with your people's records in a database of its own.

The terms are set in conversation with Ammanuel and written in sentences, never on this page.

Chosen with it

Made to be kept, under the name it is kept by.

A licence begins with one conversation: which app, under what name, for whom, and what it should do that it does not do yet.
