Site management deskBeing finished
Site Ledger
Every page of each client's site in one table, its titles, descriptions and snippets kept in order.
What is seen
Every page of a site in one table, titles and descriptions in order, with a code snippet drafted beside one row.
What it does for your people
Every page of a site sits in one table: its title, its description, a backup, and a small code snippet drafted for what the builder does not do on its own. A site grows one page at a time until nobody can see all of it. This shows the whole. For a studio that looks after many client sites, it is the ledger behind each one. Under licence it wears your studio's name, domain and colours, with its own database. It is being prepared and is not open yet.
What white label means here
Site Ledger is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.
- Your nameThe app is introduced as yours, on every screen they open.
- Your domainIt answers at an address you hold, so the link you give is the link they keep.
- Your recordsWhat your people write in it is kept in a database of its own, as yours, not pooled with anyone else's.
It is being finished. It can be finished with you, so that the version you carry is shaped by the people it is for.
What it includes
- Page list with titles and descriptions
- Page backups
- Code snippets
- Brand and tone notes
- Search research and strategy
Who it is for
Web studios and agencies that build client sites on Squarespace.
Read beside the field it serves, the coach with a method: Your method, in a room that carries your name, with your clients' records kept as yours.
What stands behind it
It was made in the house's own studio, as one of the instruments the house uses on its own work.
The books it was made beside are kept in The Library, to be read before any conversation, so the voice the app speaks in is known first.
How a yes goes
- Read from The Library, so the voice behind Site Ledger is known before anything is asked.
- See Site Ledger beside the apps chosen with it for your field, below.
- Request a conversation. A few lines are enough: your name, your practice, and which app.
- The fitting: Site Ledger shown wearing your name and your colours.
- The terms, in sentences: what you keep, what it costs, and how you would leave.
- Live on your domain, with your people's records in a database of its own.
The terms are set in conversation with Ammanuel and written in sentences, never on this page.
Chosen with it

Whole Picture

The Whole Human Assessment
An assessment across nine dimensions of a life, given to your clients under your name.

Wayfinder
Two maps for a dark season, the twelve stages and the five questions, under your practice's name.
All 130 are in the White Label Directory.
Made to be kept, under the name it is kept by.
A licence begins with one conversation: which app, under what name, for whom, and what it should do that it does not do yet.
