Coaching session assistantBeing finished
Second Chair
An assistant that keeps what was said in every session, under your practice's name.
What is seen
A coaching session in progress, notes gathering at one side, and afterwards a written summary with suggestions for the week.
What it does for your people
During a session, notes and insights gather at one side. Afterwards a written summary appears, with suggestions to carry into the week, so both sides of the coaching relationship keep what was said. Clients, goals and a small circle sit alongside. For a coaching school or practice, it is the second chair in every session. Under licence it carries your name, domain and colours, with a database of your clients alone. It does not draw in a browser today. It is being finished, and can be finished with you.
What white label means here
Second Chair is the house's name for it. Under licence it takes yours. The people who use it see your name at the top, your domain in the address, your colours on the page, and never the house's.
- Your nameThe app is introduced as yours, on every screen they open.
- Your domainIt answers at an address you hold, so the link you give is the link they keep.
- Your recordsWhat your people write in it is kept in a database of its own, as yours, not pooled with anyone else's.
It is being finished. It can be finished with you, so that the version you carry is shaped by the people it is for.
What it includes
- Clients and goals
- Insights during the session
- Written summaries
- Suggestions for the week
- Circles
Who it is for
Coaches, coaching schools and supervision programmes.
Read beside the field it serves, the coach with a method: Your method, in a room that carries your name, with your clients' records kept as yours.
What stands behind it
It was made beside the house's coaching practice, where the work is slow, one person at a time, and the record belongs to the person it describes.
The books it was made beside are kept in The Library, to be read before any conversation, so the voice the app speaks in is known first.
How a yes goes
- Read from The Library, so the voice behind Second Chair is known before anything is asked.
- See Second Chair beside the apps chosen with it for your field, below.
- Request a conversation. A few lines are enough: your name, your practice, and which app.
- The fitting: Second Chair shown wearing your name and your colours.
- The terms, in sentences: what you keep, what it costs, and how you would leave.
- Live on your domain, with your people's records in a database of its own.
The terms are set in conversation with Ammanuel and written in sentences, never on this page.
Chosen with it

Whole Picture
A companion that hands your readers your book first, then a journal, under your name.

The Whole Human Assessment
An assessment across nine dimensions of a life, given to your clients under your name.

Wayfinder
Two maps for a dark season, the twelve stages and the five questions, under your practice's name.
All 130 are in the White Label Directory.
Made to be kept, under the name it is kept by.
A licence begins with one conversation: which app, under what name, for whom, and what it should do that it does not do yet.
